Human Resources Business Partner

Job Description :

• Facilitate and provide technical support to ensure alignment of implementation with the established strategies and programs.
• Facilitate and provide consultation on Human Capital work programs, covering employee administration and employment SOPs, to ensure policy compliance in implementation and smooth, orderly administration.
• Collaborate with the Recruitment team to facilitate the fulfillment of employees according to specifications.
• Collaborate with the Learning team to ensure the implementation of training programs following the existing matrix and programs.
• Collaborate with the Industrial Relations and Culture team to develop the implementation of programs
• Implementation of HR policies, services and programs for the respective business;
• Facilitate and assist in the implementation and recommendation of programs.

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree, preferably with additional specialist qualification in Human Resource Management
• At least 3- 5years’ experience as HR business partner,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to relate well with people at all levels and good service orientation
• Have strong numerical and analytical skills
• Resourceful and self-driven with high degree of professional integrity
