PT TOA Coating Indonesia is Producer and Distribution of paint and coating products with the state-of-the-art and largest plant in ASEAN.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Collaborating with Retail Sales Manager to establish and execute a sales goal for full coverage Sumatera Area
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term for the area
- Planing, monitoring, and evaluate team performance for achieving target
- Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring and approve Sales supervisor activity such as team absence in the market incentive rebate per company regulation, expenses, annual leave
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Control Collection from the Customer
- Maintain proper inventory controls, facilitate inventory transaction and bulk count as guided by supervisor area
- Support and maintain implementation ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 related respective working area
- Compliance with quality standards and health, safety and environmental regulations
- Qualifications :
- Education Level : Diploma or Bachelor Degree
- Experience 5+ Years in Sales
- Proven experience as retail sales assistant manager, minimum 2 years of professional experience at this level
- with successful track record in related industry.
- Knowledge and experience of the traditional channel commercial approach, trends, processes and procedures. - Have experience in Building material or paint industrial is a advantage
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships.
- Ambitious, target oriented person with excellent capabilities to perform under stress.
- Working independently with less supervision.
