Key Responsibilities:
- Contributing to problem and solution discovery efforts by conducting internal stakeholder and customer interviews and research, and developing and running experiments to validate concepts.
- Collecting quantitative product data and metrics through market research in order to identify customer needs and market gaps.
- Conducting Competitive Analysis
- Closely coordinate with the Engineering department to deliver functional solutions and liaise with the Marketing department to ensure proper advertisement and positioning of new products.
- Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines as well as perform quality assurance controls on products.
- Monitor and report on users’ feedbacks upon product launching by using appropriate metrics (e.g. Pre-launch sign-ups, number of paying customers, Revenue, User retention, etc.).
- Create support and training documents for internal and external users.
- Participate in system configuration.
Role Requirements:
- Previous 1+ years work experience as an Associate Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Experience in managing the entire product lifecycle.
- Familiarity with market and consumer behavior research.
- Familiar with Trello, JIRA, GitLab, GitHub.
- Working knowledge of agile/scrum methodology and user-centric design.
- Strong time management skills
- Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
