"Call Center (Chat)"
Location: Full WFO in Jogjakarta (Lippo Plaza Mall #Yogyakarta)
Note: Only for Indonesian locals
Qualification:

- Can write and read in English (Level B1)
Responsibilities:
• Ensure that the services provided to customers are in accordance with the Key Performance Indicators (#KPI) agreed upon in the contract.
• Understand customer needs; digs deep to understand, uses decision aids and resources to resolve customer problems that are non-standard or require clarification or conceptual thinking.
• Respond to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunities to build relationships with customers.
• Greet customers politely, friendly and professionally in accordance with agreed procedures.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of client products and/or services.
• Complete work completely and accurately including recording required accounts appropriately.
• Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products and/or services.
• Track, document, and retrieve information in a call tracking database.
