Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert product knowledge and guide customers through the vehicle selection process.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate the unique features of our luxury vehicles.
- Present pricing and financing options to customers in a transparent manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, features, and benefits of our vehicle models.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.
- Passion for luxury automobiles and a strong customer service mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding results.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated, driven, and proactive attitude.
- Knowledge of financing options and the ability to explain them clearly.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software is a plus.
- Able to speak Mandarin is a plus.
- Valid driver's license (type A).
- Placement in PIK 2.
