Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible in providing HR insights for organization generally including HR transformation, culture, performance management, etc
- Ensure daily HR operational planning is in line with strategy, especially the company's vision and mission
- Be a champion of excellence for each role as a representative of the HR team.
- Analyze and interpret HR strategy to identify strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities through action plans in the form of HR initiatives or programs
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in psychology/human resources management or related major
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources roles (HRBP, Talent Management, Performance Management, Rewards Strategy, Talent Acquisition) with experience from a tech company or consultant would be a huge plus
- Excellent communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English with strong presentation skill
- In-depth knowledge of the full lifecycle of human resources processes from strategic planning to operations
- Sharp business acumen
- Have a strong work ethic and growth mindset
- Confidence in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment
