Procurement Supervisor

Job Description :

1.Supplier Registration: Manage supplier registration, supplier documents, and procurement contracts.

2.Procurement Coordination: Handle the procurement needs for flavorings, fragrances, and food additives, including confirming technical requirements, price inquiries, negotiations, and placing purchase orders.

3.Order Management: Coordinate with suppliers after placing orders, develop delivery plans, and monitor the delivery status of purchase orders.

4.Document Handling: Organize procurement documents and invoices, initiate payment applications, and follow up on payment processes.

5.Sourcing and Procurement in Indonesia: Source and procure flavorings, fragrances, and food additives in the local Indonesian market.

Qualifications :

•Bachelor’s degree required.

•Proficiency in Chinese language / Mandarin is a must

•Excellent communication skills and the ability to learn quickly are essential.

•Familiarity with procurement processes is advantageous.

•Experience in the tobacco industry is advantageous.

•Great communication skills, fast learner, and adaptable

•Proficient in reading and writing in Chinese, with the ability to communicate in English.
