Founded in October 2018, Oma Elly began as a home-based business in Chef Andry's apartment, where he crafted his signature beef lasagna using a cherished family recipe passed down from his grandmother, Named in honour of Chef Andry's grandmother, Oma Elly specializes in authentic Italian and Western gourmet food, offered through an online food delivery service. Our menus reflect the rich culinary heritage Chef Andry experienced growing up, characterized by Oma's exceptional taste palette. The establishment was founded with the mission of sharing Oma's culinary legacy with the world, keeping her memory alive through authentic Italian cuisine.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cost Controller Supervisor at Oma Elly in South Jakarta. The Cost Controller Supervisor will oversee cost control activities, analyse financial data, manage costs, and ensure financial compliance. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize cost efficiency and financial performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in cost control, financial analysis, or accounting roles.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.
- Experience in the Food & Beverage, hospitality, or retail industries is advantageous.
- Understanding of inventory management, procurement, and supply chain processes
- Excellent analytical skills to assess financial data, identify trends, and recommend cost-saving strategies.
- Cost Control, Cost Accounting, and Cost Management skills
- Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
- Strong understanding of compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and industry standards
- Strong financial acumen and attention to detail
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) are a plus
