Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Well Control Instructor at Neotek Inovasi Global in Kota Tangerang. The Well Control Instructor will be responsible for conducting well control training sessions, developing course materials, assessing trainee performance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards in the oil and gas industry.

Qualifications
  • Well Control training and instruction skills
  • Knowledge of oil and gas industry safety standards
  • Experience in developing training materials and conducting assessments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Relevant certifications in Well Control and safety training
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field
