Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Transcosmos Indonesia in Semarang. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, optimizing processes, ensuring quality service delivery, and driving operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning, and effective communication to achieve operational goals.

- Operations management, team leadership, and process optimization skills
- Experienced in BPO and managing contact center operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of eCommerce solutions and customer service best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Relevant certifications in operations management or related areas
