What will you do?
- Coordinate and execute timely and well-organized service delivery for our business messaging products, providing expert guidance on best practices.
- Gather business and technical requirements, use cases, and other necessary information to build, migrate, and deliver solutions on behalf of customers.
- Act as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for clients.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Understanding their business objectives and IT needs to ensure services align with their goals.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to design solutions, developing High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), databases, procedures, scripts, test plans, drawings, deployment plans, migration plans, as-built documentation, and other artifacts required for solution delivery.
- Implement changes in private and dedicated environments following customers' change management processes.
- Provide guidance to customers on configuring deployed services and integrating them effectively.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and collaborate with Customer Support, Engineering, and other teams for technical escalations.
- Support RFI (Request for Information) and RFX (Request for Proposal/Quote) processes
- Contribute to the organization's success through knowledge sharing activities.
- Maintain internal and external documentation, answer technical queries, and iterate on best practices.
- Map and analyse the customer journey, identifying improvement opportunities at each stage.
- Stay informed about industry trends and innovations to drive continuous improvement.
- Regularly assess and update customer experience strategies based on feedback and changing business dynamics.
- 10+ years of experience in customer success, service delivery, with strong stakeholder management and product operations skills
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Availability to work outside regular business hours as needed for client support and project deadlines.
- Knowledge of platforms and technology stacks
