Job Description
- Creating TiPi (Itineraries)
- In charge of doing the costing based on the Travel Designer's budget
- Cross-check for Vendor availability
- Responsible for booking hotels
- Remind every vendor to assist our customer by the latest 1 day before the customer's arrival
- Assisting and contacting our customers when they are on an ongoing trip
- Maintaining good communication with the vendors (before and during the customer's arrival)
- Creating the activity table
- Creating the Hotel Voucher
- Synergy with the finance team for payment
- Modify itinerary based on customer request, while doing synergy with Travel Designer
- Discussing with the Travel Designer regarding the costing, itineraries, and availability.
- Handling minor complaints from ongoing customer
- Printing for itineraries and creating booking list
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s of Tourism
- Have experience for at least 1 year in the tourism industry (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
- Familiar with travel costing and creating itineraries
- Proficient in English
- Having good communication skills
- Fast Learner, highly oriented, and attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Proficient in Google Suites and Microsoft Office
- Able to work from office (Tangerang)
