About the Company:

We are looking for an experienced O&M Planning and Scheduling Coordinator to develop and manage short-, medium-, and long-term operations and maintenance (O&M) plans for our Power Plants, ensuring the achievement of performance targets. The role will involve creating schedules, coordinating resources, and improving maintenance strategies in line with industry guidelines. We are especially interested in applications from local citizens.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Multi-Horizon O&M Plans: Create short, medium, and long-term O&M plans to meet performance targets, following industry standards and guidelines. Plans must optimize resource use and align with OEM recommendations and maintenance strategies in CMMS.
  • Maintenance Strategy Improvement: If improvements are needed, start the Maintenance Change Request process.
  • Lead Coordination Meetings:
  • Daily: Prepare for the next day's work.
  • Weekly: Review work progress and prioritize upcoming tasks.
  • Monthly: Ensure all resources are ready for the next month's schedule.
  • Annually: Develop the annual O&M work program and budget starting in August, with final approval by October.
  • Manage O&M Planning Tools: Develop and manage O&M planning and scheduling worksheets to ensure all resources are ready for scheduled work.
  • Optimize Workforce Efficiency: Develop maintenance plans that minimize delays and maximize workforce efficiency.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with Supply Chain Management (SCM), MRPR personnel, and other teams to ensure resource availability. Escalate any issues that arise.
  • Work Order Management: Maintain and schedule work orders, ensuring they are complete with man-hours and checklists. Review completed work orders for accuracy and compliance with reliability expectations.
  • Reporting and KPIs: Use reports and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of the maintenance program.
  • Permit Management: Ensure all necessary permits (e.g., PTW, JSA) are in place to execute the work.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Technical field.
  • Experience 3-5 years as a maintenance technician in a plant maintenance environment in the energy industry. Previous maintenance planner experience would be beneficial.
  • Previous experience working with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is necessary.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance, material management, and procurement business processes.
  • Understand Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement concepts and methodologies.
  • Strong organizational, and leadership skills and the ability to assess and prioritize emerging issues in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced skill in MS Office especially MS Excel.
  • Willing to Relocate to Riau, Kepulauan Riau, Sumatra
