Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:

Consumer Experience Roadmap

  • Define key design audience and value proposition
  • Develop maturity roadmap
  • Co-create ideas to offer differentiated & meaningful experience and value exchange to consumers

Consumer Engagement Enhancement

  • Define key channels to land CX ideas
  • SEO evolvement
  • Global WEM migration & enhancement
  • CRM enhancement (i.e. super users, community, etc.)

0PD/1PD Acquisition and Utilization

  • Acquire 0PD/1PD more efficiently and effectively via existing channel optimization and new channel innovation
  • Utilize 0PD/1PD for more business impact (i.e. trial, survey, purchase, etc.)

Performance Reporting & Analysis

  • SEO reporting and analysis
  • WEM reporting and analysis
  • CRM reporting and analysis
  • Testing and Optimization

Background & Education

  • 7-10 years of extensive experience in consumer experience and engagement across various markets, with a focus on Australia, Korea, China, Indonesia, and Brazil
  • Proven track record of success in driving purposeful consumer experience with unique value proposition and differentiated experience
  • Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem and channel orchestration between owned channels with paid and earned
  • Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred

Skills

  • Strategic thought leadership with a passion for driving purposeful consumer experience and drive business impact
  • Operational excellence with proven results and strong project management of removing barriers for the team, highly accountable for outcomes
  • Knowledge of key platforms – Search, Web, CRM, DTC
  • Ability to strengthen 0PD/1PD collection and utilization
  • Strong base of analytical skills; ability to assess, interpret, and integrate learning from multiple sources to influence business strategies
  • Able to build talent & capability and improve way of working
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment and with external agency partners to deliver results
  • Externally focused identifying the right solutions and capabilities to deliver business goals
