Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Planning and Finance departments to track, adapt and chase budgets. Assist with data entry and file management;
• Manage company facilities, including space planning/design, vendor contracts and relations, and office functions and services. Track and replace office supplies as necessary ;
• Prepare and send invoices, maintain client databases, track sales performance, and assist with copying and distributing production orders and other internal documents;
• Schedule and track meetings and appointments, book flights, and handle travel & Event logistics for General Manager;
• Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so.
Qualifications:
• Proven success in office administration, at least 2-3 year experience;
• Superb written and verbal communication skills, in English ;
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities;
• Proficiency with office applications (especially Excel or Spreadsheet) and aptitude for learning new software and systems;
• Proactive, punctual and reliable. Always ready to accept new challenges, and drive positive change.
Preferred Skill and Experience:
• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree (or equivalent);
• Experience in managing budgets and expenses;
• Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems;
• Fluent in Chinese.
