Responsibilities
- Being the brand champion at the center. Ensuring consistent communication and messages throughout all media within the company
- Understanding local behaviour, interest and trends from the target market/audience
Identifying local marketing opportunities to improve brand awareness
- Reviewing marketing activities to ensure compliance with brand guidelines
- Managing budget for marketing activities
- Evaluating and planning marketing strategy
- Executing marketing plan through the best way (new media : online, conventional, or on-ground activities)
Qualifications
- Relevant degrees in Communication, Marketing or Business
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly motivated and passionate about sales and marketing
- Good presenter and strong persuasion skills
- Demonstrated ability to project management
- A good team player and strong ability to lead and motivate the team to increase sales
- Experienced managing events
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and create marketing strategy
- Demonstrated ability in planning and forecasting through strong analytic skills in sales figures and insights
- Demonstrated ability to manage budget and performance reports for marketing activities
