Senior Material Cataloguer

Panemu is a software development and IT solutions company based in Wates, Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta. One of our core services is the standardization and cleansing of material master data. Currently, we are collaborating with a strategic customer to catalog and cleanse material master data, helping them enhance data governance and optimize supply chain management.

We are excited to announce a vacant position for a Senior Material Cataloguer based in Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta.

Role Description

• Assign Noun-Modifier for each Item and ensure all NM 100% in line with Customer Item description,
• Material rationalization, standardization and enrichment of each item based on Customer Cataloguing Standard.
• Review, Clean and Update the description of material master to be more effectively and efficiently based on available information from user request.
• Standardized values against the extracted values in separate column.
• Ensure all the Mandatory attributes values are filled and if not able to fill with available, do web search based on Manufacturer reference such as Part number, Model number etc.
• Conduct thorough quality checks on the work performed by Junior Cataloguers.
• Implement quality assurance processes to uphold data accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in material cataloguing, inventory management, or a related field
• Knowledge of inventory control processes, systems, and procedures
• Experience with computer-based inventory management systems and software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work in a cross-functional team environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and management
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
