Job Description:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives and market trends.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitive landscape, and industry trends that can inform business strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurers, community organizations, and government agencies to foster strategic partnerships.
- Oversee the sales team, providing direction and support to achieve revenue targets and improve sales processes.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the success of business development initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure targets are met.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and clinical teams to ensure alignment of business development strategies with overall company goals.
- Lead negotiations for partnerships, contracts, and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and performance for the executive team, identifying areas for improvement and new opportunities.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the healthcare or hospital industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, hospital operations, and regulatory environments.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals and partnerships.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners, attend industry events, and support business development efforts.
