Risk Management:
- Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.

Policy Development:

Team Leadership:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Knowledge: Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations, including corporate, commercial, and labor law.
- Skills: Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
