  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production, maintenance, quality control, and PPIC (Production Planning, Inventory Control) processes. They must possess hands-on experience in footwear or garment manufacturing and demonstrate strong leadership skills to effectively manage and inspire teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
  • Implement maintenance programs to maximize uptime and operational readiness of equipment.
  • Oversee quality control procedures to uphold product excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage PPIC activities to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and profitability.
  • Lead by example in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support business expansion plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (X+ years) in a senior operations management role within footwear or garment manufacturing.
  • Strong technical knowledge of production processes and machinery, with a background in machine asset management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse teams, including effective management of female and non-extremist perspectives.
  • Hands-on experience in setting up production lines and optimizing manufacturing processes.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to conceptualize and execute operational plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and willing to travel as needed.
