Sales Manager

We are looking for someone who networks, makes connections, builds relationship, and pursues opportunities to manage our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, managerial, interpersonal, and organizational skills. They should be comfortable to communicate with internal and external clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sell services to prospective customers
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
• Manage and develop sales force team to reach their full potential target
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Proven experience as Sales Manager at shipping, logistic or FMCG company for minimum 5 years
• Excellent communicator and negotiator
• Strong interpersonal and management skills
• Highly adaptable to handle fast paced environment
• Willing to work hard and aggressive on the market
• Residing in Surabaya is preferred
