Indonet have an exciting opportunity to recruit Solution Architect to our business.

Reporting to Head of Sales, Solution Architect is responsible for supporting growth of the company through Customer Acquisition and Retention

To be considered for this role, ideally you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree from Technology or System Information.
  • Fluent in English (Will be plus).
  • Familiarity about public cloud (Alibabacloud, GCP, AWS), infrastructure, network level.
  • Familiarity about SDN (Software define network)
  • Familiarity about network vlan, port, firewall, routing, BGP
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Outgoing personality and willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and or G-suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Familiarity with draw.io or visio.

The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Support sales when meeting with customer.
  • Explain our products and services to customer.
  • Develop sales presentations and marketing materials to potential customers.
  • Work in collaboration with sales engineer and other internal stakeholders as key account liaison for customers.
  • Create topology solution for customer case.
  • Create timeline for delivery or migration.
  • Organize regular customer visits to obtain customer feedback on service levels and gather. information on new needs and requirements.
  • Report and manage regular pipeline report/new sales to ensure accurate sales forecast.
  • Any other additional work assigned by Company or Head of Sales.
  • Create BoQ of services for customer case.
