Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and Recruitment: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Employ innovative sourcing techniques to proactively identify potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Screening and Selection Process: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles collaborate with PPC team. Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers, providing insightful feedback and recommendations.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication, providing timely updates, and offering guidance and support to candidates.
  • Collaboration with HRBP and Hiring Manager: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, develop job descriptions, and establish selection criteria.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs. Develop relationships with potential candidates and establish a network of talent within the industry.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and hiring decisions.

Requirements

1, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, consulting, head hunter or related HR role min 2 years of experiences
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
