Key Account Sales Specialist

Your Responsibility:
• Establishing and maintaining a professional relationship with clients.
• Coordinating with various teams (sales admin, purchasing, etc) so that the customer’s expectations are met.
• Continuing their assessment of a client’s needs and business objectives.
• Helping to develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
• Assisting all teams to meet financial targets and growth objectives.
• Helping the management with company-wide strategic planning.
• Upselling a company’s services and solutions to meet their requirements
• Managing a client’s projects from beginning to end.
Qualifications:
• Hold a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent from reputable university.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience specifically in IT hardware products would be a plus, ideally in B2B and/or B2G
• Have a good analytical and detail-oriented person
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and computer literate
• Work well under pressure and commit to deadlines.
• Have excellent people skills and intuitive to customer’s business needs.
• Be well-groomed and presentable.
• The ability to work independently and within a team.
