Role Overview:

As a Senior Associate in our Transfer Pricing team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality transfer pricing services to clients across various industries. You will be responsible for conducting research, preparing documentation, and assisting in strategic decision-making for multinational organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement transfer pricing strategies for clients to ensure compliance with global tax regulations.
  • Prepare transfer pricing documentation, including local files, master files, and Country-by-Country reports.
  • Conduct economic and financial analyses, benchmarking studies, and assist with intercompany pricing policies.
  • Manage and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and supporting their professional development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, legal, and finance departments, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Stay updated on global tax and transfer pricing regulations to ensure our clients’ compliance and optimize their tax positions.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for client meetings and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications:

1. Major Accounting Tax / Fiscal Administration, min experience 2 years in the same position

2. Have 2 years of experience in transfer pricing (SA)

3. Exhibit strong analytical skills and a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex business issues.

4. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to a non-technical audience.

5. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a proactive approach to tackling challenges and a commitment to personal and team growth.
