Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
  • Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Implementing new sales plans and marketing strategy
  • Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients
  • Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
  • Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met
  • Participate in business meetings to update sales report to the management
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing or relevant field
  • At least 3 years of work experiences in business development, customer service, marketing, or sales-related field
  • Proven sales track record
  • Market knowledge in manufacturing
  • Verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to achieve sales target
  • Willing to be placed in Batam, Riau Islands
