Key Accountabilities

  • Survey market potential in Southeast Asia, identify potential clients with the local commercial team, and plan territory coverage to ensure maximum market penetration.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to ensure successful launch to the business; prepare and perform technical presentations and demonstrate the differentiation and value proposition of Diversey’s Water Solutions & water treatment products/services.
  • Generate and execute sales plans, manage negotiations for customer/prospect satisfaction on technical and commercial matters while overseeing a sustainable financial relationship with customer
  • Manage marketplace stakeholders, in sector and customers, to ensure business growth and market share expansion; understand business need and recommend continuous improvement, and innovation plans with stakeholder insights
  • Establish, maintain, and prioritize an accurate and current sales funnel in Salesforce.
  • Managing profitability of the account; review territory applications and processes/procedures for safety improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical),
  • Working knowledge of swimming pool, cooling towers, steam boiler, chilled water, Reverse Osmosis and wastewater treatment system is mandatory.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, account, or team leadership
  • Demonstrated sales/people skills and/or aptitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
  • Demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work independently and as team work
  • Customer-centric mindset, able to translate customer issues/needs into profitable business solutions
  • Willing to frequent travel domestic and overseas
