Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree/Master Degree from computer science & computer engineering
• 3 year of experience in Software Engineering
• 2 year of experience in Relase Management and Agile Methodology
• 1 year of experience in Automation Test Engineering
• Proven experience coordinating software releases, managing feature/module enhancements, and addressing production issues.
• Familiarity with performance monitoring, workflow testing, and prioritizing test cases in collaboration with QA/QC teams.

Job Description:

• Coordinate with the Product team to manage releases, oversee feature/module enhancements, and address bugs, glitches, and defects in the production environment.
• Collaborate with the Information Security Officer to resolve security issues and implement enhancements for improved security measures
• Ensure the uptime and smooth operation of all applications developed, built, and released by the company.
• Work with the Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to communicate any app issues or after-sales concerns, ensuring proper mitigation efforts.
• Coordinate with the Cloud Engineering team to inform them of upcoming release schedules.
• Develop policies, standards, SOPs, and technical documentation related to release management.
• Oversee IT Service Management (ITSM) processes in accordance with the predetermined SLA.
• Manage the Deployment Checklist Document to govern app versioning, changelogs, and other deliverables.
• Collaborate with the Scrum Master to ensure the project timeline is on track and releases adhere to the planned schedule.
• Coordinate with the Data team to confirm that all data meets the specified requirements.
• Work with QA/QC to monitor the application's performance, prioritize testing, and ensure all workflows are functioning correctly.
• Prepare the Release Document prior to deployment.
• Draft Release Notes after each app deployment.
• Produce a Post-Implementation Review after a few days following deployment. Trace and resolve issues in existing apps that experience failures.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers to keep the Deployment Checklist Document updated based on enhancements or bug fixes.
