As an Account Manager, your responsibilities are:
- Mastering product knowledge especially in HRIS
- Conducting sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiation with prospective clients
- Collaborating with sales team to achieve sales target and contribute to overall company revenue
- Building and maintaining strong, customer relationships to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business
- Opening new business opportunity with potential clients
- Proven to excellent customer services and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond
Our requirements are as follows:
- Min. 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Have Prospective Database (B2B) is strong point.
- Excellent pitching and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
- Able to resolve client issues and address complaints.
- Understanding both HRIS industry and SaaS market.
- Highly motivated with an outgoing personality, a strong sense of initiative, and personal leadership
