As an Account Manager, your responsibilities are:

  • ⁠Mastering product knowledge especially in HRIS
  • Conducting sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiation with prospective clients
  • Collaborating with sales team to achieve sales target and contribute to overall company revenue
  • Building and maintaining strong, customer relationships to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business
  • ⁠Opening new business opportunity with potential clients
  • Proven to excellent customer services and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond

Our requirements are as follows:

  • ⁠Min. 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Have Prospective Database (B2B) is strong point.
  • Excellent pitching and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
  • Able to resolve client issues and address complaints.
  • Understanding both HRIS industry and SaaS market.
  • Highly motivated with an outgoing personality, a strong sense of initiative, and personal leadership
