Job Requirements

1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2、Minimum of 2 years of experience in key account management or business development, preferably in the FMCG sector and have experience handle groceries, pet supply and household

3、Solid understanding of the FMCG market dynamics, customer behavior, and sales channels.

4、Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and negotiate effectively.

5、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.

6、Proficient in using sales tools and CRM software, and comfortable with data analysis to drive business decisions.

7、Self-motivated with a strong drive for results, able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
