Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize various channels to actively source and attract potential candidates for open positions.
• Manage and review incoming job applications, ensuring a streamlined and organized recruitment process.
• Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment data for reporting and analysis.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition best practices.
• Effective communication skills to engage with candidates and collaborate with internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
