Responsibilities:
- Under some supervision, enter data into a database or other computerized system to maintain up-to-date inventory process; retrieve stored information to respond to enquiries (for example on inventory levels or delivery schedules.)
- Perform other routine administrative activities according to the organization's established procedures. These activities may include responding to accepting orders, signing contracts, part profile & inventory records; preparing reports, training operators for dealers, customs compliance processes, domestic and international transportation related procedures and completing forms (receipt, transfer, delivery, dispatch, etc.)
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Provide administration support for after-market business unit..
Qualification & Experience
- Male/Female is welcome
- English speaking or Chinese speaking is preferable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous payroll experience is highly regarded.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Highly organised and able to plan and prioritise your work.
- Able to effectively operate systems, including Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to learn new systems.
- Fine-tuned interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships with internal and external customers.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
