Fresh Supply Chain Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Responsibilities:

1. 负责生鲜产品供应链的整体运营和管理

1. Responsible for the overall operation and management of the fresh product supply chain.

2. 制定并执行供应链战略，确保供应链高效、低成本运行

2. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operation.

3. 管理供应商和客户关系，维持良好的合作关系，尤其在调味品领域。

3. Manage supplier and customer relationships, maintain good cooperative relationships, especially in the field of condiments.

4. 监督物流和库存管理，确保产品及时交货及库存的优化。

4. Supervise logistics and inventory management to ensure timely delivery of products and optimal inventory.

5. 熟悉调味品的配方、加工制作、生产流程及销售环节，确保产品质量。

5. Familiar with the recipes, processing and production processes, and sales of condiments, to ensure product quality.

6. 分析生鲜市场和行业趋势，提供战略性建议，特别是在调味品相关领域。

6. Analyze the fresh market and industry trends, provide strategic recommendations, especially in the field of condiments.

7. 领导和培训团队成员，提升团队绩效。

7. Lead and train team members to improve team performance.

任职要求：

Job Requirements:

1、具有2年以上生鲜供应链和调味品行业经验。熟悉调味品的配方、生产加工 流程，了解相关法律法规。 2 years or more of experience in fresh supply chain and condiment industry. Familiar with the recipes, production processing procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.

2、优秀的谈判和沟通能力。

2. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

3、具有中文和印尼语能力者优先

3. Proficiency in Chinese and Indonesian languages is preferred.

4、生鲜食品、物流管理、国际贸易或相关专业优先。

4. Preferred majors in fresh food, logistics management, international trade or related fields.

5. 具有良好的团队合作精神和领导能力。

5. Good teamwork spirit and leadership ability.

6. 能适应快节奏的工作环境。

6. Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
