We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Lead to elevate our brand across both digital and traditional channels. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that build brand awareness, foster customer engagement, and drive lead generation.

Job Overview:

As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies across both digital (online) and traditional (offline) channels. You will work closely with the marketing team, product managers, and operation teams to ensure that all campaigns are aligned with company objectives and deliver measurable results. This role requires a creative thinker with strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills to effectively manage diverse marketing initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy Development:

  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement across both online (social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing) and offline channels (events, print media, billboards).
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling marketing materials.

Campaign Management:

  • Lead the creation and implementation of online marketing campaigns including paid ads (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn), email campaigns, and website optimization.
  • Develop and execute offline campaigns such as direct mail, events, trade shows, partnerships, and print advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies for maximum ROI.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing efforts and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Budget Management:

  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and maximum impact on key metrics.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and report on the performance of all marketing activities, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Utilize marketing analytics tools to measure effectiveness, and recommend optimizations based on data-driven insights.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of managing both online and offline campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing) and traditional marketing channels.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc.) and campaign management platforms.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
