Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and understand the company's financial processes and translate them into ERP system requirements.
  • Lead the implementation of the ERP Finance & Accounting modules, specifically focusing on the General Ledger (GL) and Banking modules.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, accountants, and IT teams to identify gaps, enhancements, and integration points within the system.
  • Provide functional support and troubleshoot issues related to the finance modules in the ERP system.
  • Develop detailed documentation, including business process flowcharts, functional specifications, and test plans.
  • Conduct user training and create user manuals for the financial modules within the ERP system.
  • Assist in the configuration and customization of ERP systems to meet the organization's financial reporting and accounting needs.
  • Ensure the system complies with accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal controls.
  • Support data migration, including validation and reconciliation of accounting data.
  • Continuously improve the ERP system by recommending and implementing enhancements based on business needs and technology advancements.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in implementing and supporting ERP Finance & Accounting modules, with a strong focus on the General Ledger (GL).
  • In-depth knowledge of financial processes, accounting standards, and best practices.
  • Experience in the implementation of the GL Banking module is highly preferred.
  • Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into system functionality.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
  • Experience in data migration, system testing, and end-user training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications in ERP systems or accounting (e.g., CPA, CMA, ERP-related certifications) are a plus.
  • Prior experience working with banking modules within ERP systems.
  • Experience in project management or business analysis related to financial systems.
