Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand the company's financial processes and translate them into ERP system requirements.
- Lead the implementation of the ERP Finance & Accounting modules, specifically focusing on the General Ledger (GL) and Banking modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, accountants, and IT teams to identify gaps, enhancements, and integration points within the system.
- Provide functional support and troubleshoot issues related to the finance modules in the ERP system.
- Develop detailed documentation, including business process flowcharts, functional specifications, and test plans.
- Conduct user training and create user manuals for the financial modules within the ERP system.
- Assist in the configuration and customization of ERP systems to meet the organization's financial reporting and accounting needs.
- Ensure the system complies with accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal controls.
- Support data migration, including validation and reconciliation of accounting data.
- Continuously improve the ERP system by recommending and implementing enhancements based on business needs and technology advancements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in implementing and supporting ERP Finance & Accounting modules, with a strong focus on the General Ledger (GL).
- In-depth knowledge of financial processes, accounting standards, and best practices.
- Experience in the implementation of the GL Banking module is highly preferred.
- Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into system functionality.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Experience in data migration, system testing, and end-user training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications in ERP systems or accounting (e.g., CPA, CMA, ERP-related certifications) are a plus.
- Prior experience working with banking modules within ERP systems.
- Experience in project management or business analysis related to financial systems.
