Our client seeking a skilled #FinanceAccountingManager to oversee the financial operations of cryptocurrency marketplace. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial planning, reporting, and strategy, while navigating the unique challenges and opportunities of the cryptocurrency space. Your role will include managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and working closely with leadership to drive growth in the fast-paced world of digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all financial aspects of the cryptocurrency marketplace

- Develop and manage marketplace fees, liquidity, and trading volumes.

- Reconcile and manage transactions and reporting on digital assets.

- Ensure compliance with global financial regulations

- Monitor and manage the marketplace’s financial performance

- Provide strategic financial advice to management

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management

- At least 1 years in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.

- In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency markets

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proven leadership skills with experience managing financial teams.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
