Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist at Zco.bio in Denpasar. The specialist will be responsible for lead generation, market research, customer service, and communication tasks to support business growth and partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Experience in outbound marketing, lead generation, and sales processes.
  • Strong skills in writing proposals.
  • Understanding of technical drawings (CAD) and engineering design, with proficiency in applications like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or SketchUp as a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in B2B marketing and sales.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team.

Job Description

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

  • Identify and prioritize potential prospects through cold calling, email outreach, and other outbound marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers and partners.
  • Conduct market research to discover potential opportunities and targets.

Lead Nurturing:

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and potential customers acquired from outbound marketing activities.
  • Deliver product/service presentations to potential customers and conduct effective sales pitches.

Data Collection & Networking:

  • Use various techniques to collect contact information and compile prospect lists.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, or conferences to expand connections and gather new leads.

Reporting & Monitoring:

  • Record and monitor outbound marketing activities in the designated system.
  • Prepare activity reports and prospecting results, presenting them to management on a monthly basis.

Market Analysis & Strategy Implementation:

  • Analyse market trends and potential business opportunities, including monitoring competitors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the effectiveness of marketing and sales strategies.
