We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Leader for Automation to join our team. This role is crucial in cultivating and sustaining a vibrant community of automation enthusiasts, professionals, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for community engagement and a profound understanding of automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Community Building: Develop and implement strategies to expand and engage our community of automation professionals.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality content, including blog posts, webinars, and tutorials, to educate and inspire the community.
• Event Management: Organize and host community events, both online and offline, such as meetups, hackathons, and conferences.
• Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with key industry partners, influencers, and team members.
• Support & Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the community within the company, advocating for their needs and feedback.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor community engagement metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. Track adoption and impact results from community initiatives.
  
  

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in community management , preferably within the tech or automation industry.
• Skills: Strong communication, content creation, and event management skills. Technical knowledge for automation (VBA Macro and power automate flow) and process mining
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of automation technologies and trends for citizen automation and process mining.
• Personality: Energetic, empathetic, and passionate about community building.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
