Online AI Tool Entry-Level Tester

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Entry-Level Tester to join our remote team in Indonesia. This role involves testing our online AI tools to ensure they function correctly and efficiently. As an Entry-Level Tester, you will be integral to our development process, providing the initial feedback necessary to improve and finalize our AI offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute a range of test procedures on our online AI tools, ensuring they meet the required specifications and quality benchmarks.
• Report and document any defects or potential improvements, working closely with our development team to refine the AI tools.
• Help develop user guides and documentation by providing insights from a new user’s perspective.
• Participate in training sessions to thoroughly understand the product functionalities and testing procedures.
• Support the creation of test cases and scenarios that replicate real-world usage.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all testing materials and company information.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; further education or certification in IT or a related field is a plus.
• No prior professional experience required; training will be provided.
• Keen interest in AI technologies and a willingness to learn new testing software and methodologies.
• Basic technical proficiency and the ability to handle software tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
