- Welcoming guests to the villa
- Assisting guests with any queries they have during their stay
- Process check-in and check-out and ensure that all billing is completed
- Provide friendly, informative, and efficient customer services
- Receive payments from customers
Requirements:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar
- Experience in Front Office area
- Well-groomed and friendly
- Honest and positive attitude
- Confident communication skills
- Fluent English language skills
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and payment EDC Machine
- Able to join immediately
