  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for a Technical Writer in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Technical Writer will be responsible for technical communication, creating and managing technical documentation, writing manuals, and developing documentation to support digital products and services.

2. Update the Manual Book and How to Use Application

3. Create product meeting materials

4. Make meeting minutes

5. Update Product Performance Materials

6. Create a product deployment official memorandum document

7. Create a Monthly Product Report

8. Create Sprint Planning and Retro documentation materials

9. Share team Sprint Planning, Daily and Weekly info

10. Create Change Management documents (NCM, SCM, ECM)

11. Coordination of TW Assignment Requests

12. ⁠Support development tickets via iris

13. ⁠Support vendor worker account applications
