Tugas & Tanggung jawab:
- Selling Food & Beverage ingredients to Hotel, and Convention
- Identify potential clients in the hospitality, corporate, and event planning sectors.
- Create and maintain good relationships with the existing customers through regular contacts and/or meetings
- Deliver weekly and monthly progress sales achievement versus monthly sales target
- Achieve monthly sales target by creating new projects while maintaining existing hotel
- In-depth knowledge of managing a high-performance sales team
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to adjust sales strategies.
- Customer oriented with strong negotiation skills
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for foodservice offerings.
- Provide guidance and training to sales staff as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the foodservice or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage services, event planning, and catering operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
- Fluent in English both oral & written.
