Tugas & Tanggung jawab:

  1. Selling Food & Beverage ingredients to Hotel, and Convention
  2. Identify potential clients in the hospitality, corporate, and event planning sectors.
  3. Create and maintain good relationships with the existing customers through regular contacts and/or meetings
  4. Deliver weekly and monthly progress sales achievement versus monthly sales target
  5. Achieve monthly sales target by creating new projects while maintaining existing hotel
  6. In-depth knowledge of managing a high-performance sales team
  7. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to adjust sales strategies.
  8. Customer oriented with strong negotiation skills
  9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for foodservice offerings.
  10. Provide guidance and training to sales staff as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the foodservice or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage services, event planning, and catering operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
  • Fluent in English both oral & written.
