Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Partnerships Manager at goKampus. The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for acquiring course partners on a day-to-day basis.

- Excellent presentation and networking abilities
- Ability to work proactively and take initiatives without expecting further instructions
- Strong endurance and encouragement to keep developing and learn in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Fresh graduates are welcome)
Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new course partnerships by focusing on acquiring relevant and high quality course contents
• Negotiate conditions and agreement with potential partners, make sure win-win results and support growth on contents in platform.
• Make sure all agreement with partners are execute accurately and maintained as standard
• Develop and implement effective partnership strategies to reach acquisition target and course contents
• Support course partners and act as a connector between the company and partner, also handle every objections they might have
• Monitor dan evaluate partners' performance regularly, also create recommendation to increase and expand contents
• Collaborate with internal team to align partners' strategic for content development
• Always look for new opportunities to expand connections and increase course portfolios available in platform
• Achieve and surpass targets and course contents to be acquire every month
