Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Communications Manager at Zco.bio. The role involves managing communication strategies, creating press releases, overseeing marketing communications, implementing strategic communication initiatives, and project management. While the role is primarily located in Denpasar, some remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing and communication roles, ideally within a start-up or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team or projects.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, SEO, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Experience in building partnerships and media relations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and drive decisions based on insights.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Descriptions

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Identify target audiences and devise marketing plans to reach and engage them effectively.

Campaign Management:

  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
  • Collaborate with the content, digital marketing, and design teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.

Content Creation:

  • Supervise and guide the development of marketing content, including blog posts, social media content, press releases, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure all content reflects the company’s mission and goals and resonates with the target audience.

Digital Marketing:

  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, Google Ads, and social media management, to drive online visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance and use insights to optimize future campaigns.

Team Leadership:

  • Mentor and guide a small team of interns and junior staff, delegating tasks and ensuring that deadlines are met.

Media & Public Relations:

  • Handle press inquiries and collaborate on media opportunities to position the company as an industry leader.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives using analytics tools.
  • Prepare monthly reports detailing campaign performance, key metrics, and recommendations for improvements.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
  • Oversee the creation and application of brand guidelines for visual and written content.

Budgeting & Resource Management:

  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently for maximum impact.
  • Identify cost-effective marketing tools and solutions to achieve campaign goals.
