  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Support 24x7 data centre operations in rotating shifts.
  • Monitor BMS systems, critical facilities, and related equipment (fire safety, plumbing, M&E).
  • Act as Level 1 escalation for onsite incidents, performing hands-on troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Respond to remote hands requests per SLAs, updating activities in the ticketing system.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, security, and customer support policies.
  • Oversee security operations, internal contractors, and vendor activities.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize service disruption.
  • Create reports and update procedures as needed.
  • Support asset inventory and procurement tasks.
  • Supervise contracted personnel and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • ITE/Diploma in Computing/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a 24x7 data centre environment.
  • Knowledge of M&E, network infrastructure, and data centre facilities.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CDCP, CDCS).
  • Familiarity with standards like LEED, Green Mark, and ISO certifications.
  • Prepared for 24x7 standby for emergency coverage.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams and data center site operations.
