Job Description

As a Marketing Officer specializing in IT services at WidaTech, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and marketing our company's products and services to potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to increase inbound leads for the company. If you are proactive, dynamic, and passionate about leveraging technology to solve business challenges, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the IT and marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement integrated marketing ideas and strategies to increase the inbound leads, both online and offline channels, including events, campaigns, and partnerships.
  2. Provide content/design support for marketing materials to enhance brand visibility and engagement with target audiences.
  3. Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
  4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of offline and online marketing efforts for maximum impact.
  5. Create and manage a budget plan for marketing activities to effectively allocate resources and optimize return on investment
  6. Support other divisions with content creation needs, ensuring brand consistency and quality across all materials.
  7. Generate comprehensive reports on marketing performance across all channels, highlighting key insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  1. Relevant work experience in marketing, with an emphasis on inbound strategies, content development, and graphic design. Experience in coordinating offline events, campaigns, and partnerships would be a plus.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in english to collaborate with internal and external partners.
  3. Ability to think creatively in developing engaging and innovative content that aligns with brand image and target audience.
  4. Design Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, FIGMA, or similar programs to create visually appealing marketing materials.
  5. Understand to analyze data and measure marketing performance through relevant metrics, as well as identify opportunities and challenges for improvement.
  6. Skill in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals effectively, as well as the ability to provide design support to other divisions.
