  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About our client:

Our client is an esteemed telecommunications provider operating in Indonesia.

About the role:

Manage all resources and activities related to product development and product management for IT & Network Infrastructure in order to increase market share and to improve profitability.

We are looking for an innovative and strategic leader to manage the entire lifecycle of IT & Network Infrastructure products, including product development, market positioning, and profitability. This role requires a seasoned expert who can drive product strategies, collaborate with partners, and oversee product development from concept to launch to ensure market competitiveness and profitability.

Responsibilities:
  • Shape and drive the product strategy and roadmap for IT & Network Infrastructure, integrating cross-functional insights to ensure success.
  • Partner with key stakeholders and identify new IT & Network Infrastructure opportunities to expand product offerings.
  • Manage end-to-end product development for IT services, including opportunity assessments, product design, partner management, and post-launch reviews.
  • Continually evaluate current products to ensure they meet customer needs and market demands, and adjust when necessary.
  • Oversee product profitability and performance, while mentoring and leading a high-performing product development team.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, and make recommendations to enhance team output and effectiveness.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Solid technical knowledge of IT infrastructure (server, storage, data centers) and network infrastructure (router, switch, SDWAN, wifi) including managed services.
  • 6-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network managed services, with a focus on product development and management.
  • Experience in IT Services, IT Consulting, or System Integration highly preferred.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills, including mentoring and performance evaluation.
