Requirements:

1. Framework Proficiency: Must be skilled in using the Flutter framework for mobile development.

* The candidate should have a strong understanding of the Flutter framework, enabling them to build and maintain high-quality mobile applications efficiently.

2. State Management Expertise: Should be proficient in state management using the

BLoC pattern with a single state class.

* The applicant must be capable of implementing and managing application state using the BLoC pattern, specifically with a single state class approach, to ensure scalable and maintainable code.

3. Codebase Familiarity: Able to follow and adapt to the existing codebase, including folder structure, design patterns, and conventions.

* The individual should be comfortable navigating and contributing to the existing codebase, maintaining consistency with established practices and architectural decisions.

4. Creative Independence: Can work creatively without relying on Ul designs from tools like Figma.

* The candidate must have the ability to creatively conceptualize and implement

UI/UX designs without needing detailed designs from Figma or similar tools, demonstrating a strong sense of design and usability.

5. Business Requirements Understanding: Able to work based on Business

Requirements Documents (BRD).

Job Description:

The Mobile Developer will be responsible for creating multiple modules for an existing mobile application. This role requires following the existing application's state management and structure while being innovative and taking the initiative to improve without depending solely on Ul designs. The developer should be able to work effectively with the Flutter framework, applying the BLoC pattern for state management with a single state class pattern. They must be adept at following the established codebase's folder structure, design patterns, and conventions, ensuring seamless integration with the current application.

The ideal candidate will have the creativity to design and implement features without explicit Ul designs from tools like Figma, relying on their understanding of design principles and user experience. They should also be capable of interpreting and executing tasks based on Business Requirements Documents (BRD), translating business needs into functional, user-friendly application features. Efficiency and the ability to work under tight deadlines are crucial, as the developer will need to deliver high-quality modules swiftly and contribute to the overall project's success.
