Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Business Development to lead our growth strategy and expand our market presence. This role will be pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.

- Proven track record in driving sales and revenue growth

- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.

- Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve targets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Proven with 8 years experience in business development or sales, preferably in the tech or cloud industry.

- Experience manage team with managerial level with minimum 5 years experience

- Strong understanding of the cloud services market in Indonesia.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
