Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regulatory Manager at PT Rubiyat Indonesia in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Regulatory Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, including keeping up to date with Halal, import and Bpom regulations, developing a relationship with customs, police bpom & bpjps, co ordinate and communicate with suppliers on regulatory requirements, find creative solutions to regulatory challenges, managing regulatory submissions, and overseeing regulatory affairs on a day-to-day basis and more.

The role will also require you to work with our import partners to ensure the smooth import and compliance of goods.

  • strong understanding of BPOM customs and halal regulations
  • history of finding solutions to regulatory challenges
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Experience in Regulatory Submissions
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, or similar
